Eligibility Criteria:

  • Participates in certain Assistance Programs, Such As SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, SSI, Veterans Pension and Survivor Benefit, Lifeline, or Federal Housing Assistance

  • Approved to receive benefits under the Free And Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or The School Breakfast Program, including through The USDA Community Eligibility Provision

  • Has an income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines 

  • Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year

Please go to getinternet.gov to obtain an Application ID. If you are not able to get an Application ID, please put "Need Help" in the Application ID box below.  We will call you to step you through the process or meet with you to take your application in person.
